About the Author

Ewen Mackenzie-Bowie has a career in international education, initially as an English language teacher and later in marketing and administration, in Europe and, since 2000, in New Zealand. He is Principal and Chairman of ICL Education Group, with 1200 students on programmes up to Master's degrees. Ewen and his wife Nathalie migrate to Europe annually, on journeys a little longer than 45 minutes, while Thomas and his brother Maxim, now in their twenties, visited Mosshouse many times in their youth and often saw draatsies there.
