Xiaolin Su was born in Jiangmen, Guangdong province, China. She is an Australian national accredited translator(English to Chinese) and has been translating for businesses and literature. While in school, she won several rewards in Chinese writing competitions among provinces and nationwide. She finished her bachelor's degree in international economics and trade at Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai Campus, and now is finishing her master's degree in professional accounting at the Queensland University of Technology.
