What People are Saying About This

Martin L. Peterson

Randall Doyle contributes to the field of Idaho political history. Too little research and writing has been done on this field, and this work helps fill a small void. This book could be a very good reference for classroom use. Idaho history and political science instructors will be doing their students considerable good by widening their horizons and the history of Idaho politics.

Keith Petersen

Doyle has done a nice job of writing here, and I enjoyed learning more about a person (Compton White, Jr.) I had only brushed up against in the past. I think Doyle has brought life to this character. Doyle is obviously a talented writer.
