About the Author

Fred Luckett worked in project management at Rolls Royce Coventry for more than 20 years, followed by a stint at the Post Office, before retiring two years ago. He was a founder member of the Coventry branch of CAMRA in 1973 and still active within the organization. He is the co-author of two books, The History of Brewing in Warwickshire and 1000 Years of Coventry Pubs and still writes for the Coventry CAMRA branch's magazine.
