About the Author

I am a poet, a playwright and an actress. Recently I completed a tour performing my poetry, improvisational poetry and improvisational singing to the West Coast. I have also performed my one-woman play "An Angel Cried A Tear Last Night" as a keynote at conferences, universities and theater festivals. After touring this play for the past several years coast to coast in the United States and Canada, I have received so many positive stories about real change that I know that its message is very powerful.

When I am not writing or performing, I love spending time out in nature, it recharges my creativity. You can read more about me and bringing me out to lead workshop or perform at InspiredToSpeak.com.
