Of those texts that in the last thirty years I gave away or left written in an old notebook, on napkins, on a small piece of paper, on a bus ticket or on an old mobile phone, some returned to my hands over time and others they were lost among the many changes of my life, I have chosen these hundred poems that represent this first passage of half-life -as I have called it-, with the sole purpose of freeing them (or freeing myself) from each moment trapped in them and thus start clean and strong this second half of life.
De esos textos que en los últimos treinta años regalé o dejé escritos en alguna vieja libreta, en servilletas, en un pequeño trozo de papel, en un boleto de bus o en un viejo móvil, algunos volvieron a mis manos al pasar del tiempo y otros se perdieron entre las tantas mudanzas de mi vida, he elegido estos cien poemas que representan este primer pasaje de media vida -como lo he llamado-, con el único fin de liberarlos (o liberarme) de cada momento  atrapado en ellos y así comenzar limpio y fuerte esta segunda mitad de vida.
