Pregnancy and Childbirth: Mother-to-be
Childbirth is an 'activity' you do with your child whether you labor and have a vaginal birth (at home, hospital or Birth Center), a labor and an emergency Cesarean or a non-laboring Cesarean.

'Activity' is the operative word. When you have birth skills you will do this 'activity' better, stay more connected to why you got pregnant ... to have a baby not a particular type of birth.

Birth Plans are great but they merely focus on what you 'want and don't want'. That's much more about 'delivery of service' from your birth professional. It's time you focus on a Skills-based Birth Plan ... what skills will you use throughout your baby's birth journey?
