Dan Searing is a rising star of the burgeoning classic cocktail renaissance, a cocktail historian, and partner in Washington D.C. cocktail temple Room 11. Among Searing's many contributions to D.C. nightlife is his Thursday night Punch Club, held first at the Warehouse Café and now at Room 11. The former journalist is also one of the founders of the DC Craft Bartender Guild, whose mission is to preserve the art and history of bartending and to provide education and training to the public.
