She served as General Counsel for the National Coal Association in Washington D.C. Ms. DeSimone is currently in private practice in Erie, Pennsylvania, and an Adjunct Professor in English and Law at several Erie universities.

F. Clifford Gibbons received his JD from Penn State University, Dickinson School of Law. Mr. Gibbons is licensed to practice in New Jersey, where he also lectures on numerous legal topics, including family law.
