Oh dear! The town of Wide Spot has been in decline ever since a new highway bypassed it. Mrs. Puddleduck sadly wondered what would become of all the inhabitants of the place she loved. What to do? As tears fell, so did the rain that turned into a ferocious thunderstorm. She needed to quickly find shelter! Waddling into an abandoned, rundown house, she finds the most unusual items, including magic flower seeds. She decides to bring the seeds to the Great Owl who would know what to do with them. Together, they come up with an ingenious plan to use the seeds to save the town.
