About the Author

Wayne James Sheppard is an author/artist/educator who taught high school art, photo and TV production for thirty years at Green High School in Green, Ohio. He continues to work with young people as a workshop mural artist with Young Audiences of Northest Ohio. He has designed a guitar for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, and has completed murals for the city of Akron, Ohio.
He is working on a screenplay for adaption of his book Burden of Privilege to become a major motion picture. His hope for Burden of Privilege is to contribute to spiritual enlightenment and to foster a renewed respect for our planet Earth
