A young assistant editor living with her guardian uncle has a great job for a publishing company in New York City and a wonderful relationship with her fiancé, Mark.  Suddenly, her world is turned upside down, and when her uncle dies she inherits property in Sunset Cove, Georgia.  Now very much alone in the world, she struggles to find answers to many questions.  Why hadn’t Uncle Charlie ever mentioned the house in Georgia?  Why does she feel like the people in Sunset Cove don’t want her to stay?  Even with ongoing danger and puzzling circumstances she finds love again, and the facts that arise from a cardboard box only strengthen her faith in God as she attempts to uncover the mysteries that surround her.
