This children's book is a lyrical story about a little girl finding a fairy in her backyard garden.
When Jackie's family moves into the Victorian farmhouse, her mother can't wait to start digging in the gardens. However, there's a problem with one of the small gardens. Every day Jackie's mother plants roses and the next morning they are pulled up, Could it have anything to do with the tiny white stones that were discarded when the flower garden was planted? Jackie sees that the stones are something special, even though her mother doesn't, or can't. Just like she can't see the blue light flitting over the garden at night. But Jackie can. Is it possible it's a fairy, looking for the circle of stones?
