Ray Gonzales is Chair of the Department of English Language for Academic Purposes (ELAP), Linguistics, and Communication Studies at Montgomery College in Rockville, MD, USA, where he has taught English as a Second Language for 25 years. Mark Alves, Ph.D., who co-authored The Word Combination Card with Michael C.
