The Choir Also Sings: A Portrait of a Small Town
The following stories are based on actual happenings in Cloquet and my impressions of the events.

I am old. I escaped the rigors of the frigid Minnesota winters over twenty-five years ago and moved to sunny Florida. I worked in the news media off and on since I was fifteen years old. I worked for the local weekly paper, writing articles and my own column called Thoughts about and then served as the news director for the radio station doing news of local interest. I also did a morning radio talk show for five years.I feel with a certainty I need to tell the parts of the stories that never made it into the headlines. My family have nagged me to write these stories for years, but Ive enjoyed just being a storyteller and amusing friends. But I am old, and the stories probably should be told. I will try.
