Selicia Kennedy-Ross already knew she wanted to become a writer by the time she was 9 years old when she wrote her first “book,” a three-page short story penned by hand. She spent the better part of 13 years as an award-winning print journalist for newspapers and print and online magazines.

Today, Selicia is a freelance writer/editor. She is currently working on her first novel.
