What dollar amounts can I get cards in?
Cards can be loaded with any whole dollar amount between $5 and $250. Cards that are pre-denominated with $5, $10, $25 and $50 are also available.
Will I receive a discount on my order?
All gift card orders of $1,000 or more receive a discount based on order size. Even better, the discounts take into account all purchases made throughout the year, so it's possible that your discount will get larger as you make additional purchases.
What if I need to order less than $1,000 worth of cards?
Gift Card Corporate Sales Program only accepts orders of $1,000 or more. For purchases of less than $1,000, please visit a nearby Barnes & Noble or B. Dalton store, or order them online at Barnes & Noble.com.
Do cards come on carriers?
Cards do not come on carriers or with any envelopes. Carriers can be purchased for a nominal fee, and carriers can also be co-branded to include your organization's logo.
Can I include my company's logo on your gift card?
Barnes & Noble offers the ability to add your company's logo onto our gift card or card carrier. For additional information about co-branding options, please contact us.
Where can the Gift Cards be redeemed?
Barnes & Noble Gift Cards can be redeemed at over 800 Barnes & Noble and B. Dalton stores as well as online at Barnes & Noble.com. Additionally, gift cards can be redeemed at over 500 Barnes & Noble College Bookstores.
What types of items can be purchased with Barnes & Noble Gift Cards?
Gift Cards can be redeemed for virtually any product that we sell. This includes books, movies, music, gifts and treats in our café.
How can I pay for my gift cards?
Credit card and electronic funds transfer are the preferred method for payment. We do not accept purchase orders for gift cards.
How long will it take me to receive my gift cards?
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment being received. Orders are shipped for free via UPS Ground, so most orders are received within 3-5 business days.
Can I use your logo and/or gift card images when I create marketing or awareness materials?
Absolutely. Your Gift Card Corporate Sales associate can provide EPS or JPG files for your use. Barnes & Noble will need to review any materials before they are finalized.
