Our Magazine Providers

Magazine subscriptions and single issues are offered for sale by our trusted third-party sellers. The printed magazine subscription seller is M2 Media. The digital magazine seller is Zinio. Your orders are fulfilled directly by these third-party sellers. All customer service for magazines is handled by the third-party sellers. Any questions or issues can be resolved most quickly by contacting the magazine sellers directly.

Shipping and Delivery

Publishers need time to process a new printed magazine subscription. Please allow 6 to 10 weeks for your first issue to arrive by mail. Renewals placed before expiration should enjoy uninterrupted service. Renewals placed at or after expiration will start with the next available issue. For any questions concerning your order, please contact our print magazine subscription provider.

If you ordered a digital magazine, you can read it right after you place your order. After Checkout you will receive two emails from BN.com, usually in 5 minutes or less of placing your order. The second email will have a personalized link to Zinio. Click the link and follow the instructions to view your magazine online or download it for offline reading.

There are no shipping and handling fees, or sales tax, on magazines.

Your magazine purchase will not be counted toward the $25 minimum order total required to qualify for Fast&Free Delivery on other items.

Billing

Magazine subscription charges and charges for single issues are processed to your credit card or gift card as soon as you place your order.

Returns and Cancellations

Magazines received as part of your subscription or as single digital magazine purchases cannot be returned. However, if you would like to cancel your subscription you may do so at any time and receive a credit for the unfulfilled part of your subscription. To cancel a printed magazine subscription, please contact our print magazine subscription provider.

Privacy

Please be aware that in order to complete your transaction, we will need to forward your name, magazine order and shipping address to our subscription providers, Zinio and M2 Media Group. The subscriptions provider will share your magazine order information as well as your name and address, or name and email and mailing addresses with the magazine publisher and a magazine circulation auditor. Magazine publishers will use this information to fulfill you order and for other purposes. Your credit card information will not be shared with them.
