About the contest
The Kirkus Reviews Book Video Awards is a competition that challenges student filmmakers to create video trailers based on three upcoming young-adult novels published by Delacorte Press, an imprint of Random House Children's Books. The finalists for the 4th annual Teen Book Video Awards were Benjamin Bliss, Rosie Lambert and Brighton Linge, and the winner was announced at a special awards ceremony on November 10 at Tribeca Cinemas. Congratulations to winner Benjamin Bliss, for his trailer for Fallen by Lauren Kate!

Filmmaker Bios:
Benjamin Bliss Benjamin Bliss holds a B.F.A. in Film Production from Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, and is currently the Owner/Creator of Invictus Videography.
Rosie Lambert An M.F.A. student at Chapman University, Rosie Lambert wrote and directed two award-winning commercials as part of Coca-Cola’s Refreshing Filmmaker’s Award program, among other honors.
Brighton Linge Brighton Linge attended high school at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts, Riverfront and is currently a rising senior at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, School of Filmmaking.
