Why I am no longer a customer of Barnes & Noble: Don't Buy This Pen!

The Fjader pen with stand in coal is stiff and uncomfortable to grip. Most certainly not an ergonomic improvement over any other standard grip pen. HOWEVER, since the ink was dried up and no refill was included (as stated in description) I could not write with it at all.
SHAME ON BARNES & NOBLE for selling useless items to your customers. After forgiving numerous mail order errors on numerous orders within the past two years, I no longer do business at Barnes & Noble. I requested my Membership be cancelled and refund issued. I was told this was not possible.

I will make certain my extended family of dedicated readers all know of my experience with this company was dismal at best. Karen D. Peper
