An inpiring book for healing and encouragement

This book really inspired me with the Bible Scriptures in the way of how the writer shared his own life and his attitude towards tragedy, grieve and loss, heartache and disappointment that we cannot avoid in our life.

    A Gift They'll Use!

"I'm so tired of fluffy books filled with feel-good quotes." If you've found yourself feeling that way, then Hope and Comfort for Every Season deserves your attention. Cec Murphey writes with honesty and candor about struggles and seasons in his own life and the hope he's found in scripture. Always striving to make each word count, Cec examines Ecclesiastes 3 and offers insight for life lessons. Reading this is like sitting with an old friend, coffee mug in hand, sharing from the heart. The inspiring photos by Nancy Locke dress the pages beautifully making this book a perfect gift for anyone in any season.

    Hope and Comfort

In "Hope and Comfort for Every Season" written by Cecil Murphey, there is a wonderful match of soul words with soulful imagery. I feel that Nancy J. Locke's photos really illuminate Cecil's text. They helped me, as a reader, to meditate more fully on how the message he brings to each section of the book applies in my life.

Illuminating! The text and photos capture special moments that do give one hope and comfort. I plan to give this book to friends as a gift and pass along the joy!
