    I don't understand... I ordered this product online (twice), yet Barnes and Noble e-mails me saying there's a problem with this order.
    then why is it still on the website?

    ORDER CANCELED - WITHOUT EXPLANATION!

    SImilar to the June 6, 2012 customer, I ordered online, only to get an automatic email from B&N that my order was canceled and "apologies for the inconvenience." Then REMOVE THE PRODUCT from the website!! Site admin is TERRIBLE if this is still happening. NOT happy about this.

    Perfect Penpal Present

    My friend is a tentative writer; she's brilliant but often needs a bit of nudging. Her birthday being in May, and having seen this quite frequently at B&N, it was a highly appropriate gift. The material was sturdy, so was the stitching, as well as the bottom piece which supported whatever one put into it.
    I also liked that it had the inside pockets so that it might double as a purse if she decided to be artistically-casual. The quotes were lovely and I believe that any writer would appreciate the choice of words and authors. Very happy with this one.

    A Marvelous Bag To Own

    I fell in love with this bag the first time I saw it, and I am still loving it. I have carried it around, and gotten nothing but compliments. The quotes and the overall design are great. It holds up well, whether I am tossing in my computer, my books, my mp3 player, my lunch, and more recently, my new Nook. With its strong construction, and the bottom plate that helps it to stand up on its own, it have become my favorite accessory.
