This little pocket-sized book is adorable. It has wonderful quotes to help motivate you to 'Keep Calm and Carry On'. It is divided into two sections: 1. Keep Calm 2. Carry On and there are sub-sections underneath those headlines. The first section are quotes that assist you during the crisis you are in. They help you to calm your nerves and gain some perspective. The second section are quotes designed to motivate you to move forward. To leave the crisis behind. It is a nice little book to keep in your purse or to give someone as a gift.

This book is a great touch of daily humor/inspiration. The realization that people felt fifty or more years ago the same about subjects affecting our everyday lives can almost be soothing. The book was inspired by the renewed interest in an old British WWII poster that was never distributed but found in a bookshop many years later. It has proverbs, sayings and quotes from the famous (or infamous) past and present. A great book to have around and give as a gift. Enjoy!
