    Helpful

    This little journal is helpful for keeping information stored and carrying around. I use it for my daily food journal. It's nicely made, and nicely priced.

    It doesn't get more basic than this. This journal fits nicely into my jornal cover without the frou-frou stuff you usually find in all the other stores I have been to. Sturdy cover with good quality, lined paper, who needs more?
