    A look into oneself

I found this little journal book to be very informative about finding myself and what I really believe in. It brings up past experiences that then later on perhaps another page of journaling it enlightens you as to why you feel the way you do about a particular thing or person in your life. It was really worth putting at the bedside and every night writing a little something about yourself. I think it makes for a great book years down the road when your grandkids want to know what you thought about things that may even be happening in their own lives. A book to hold close for now, and then later live behind for others to know you as well.

    Great for learning about yourself

This journal is really great for doing some critical thinking about yourself. Some of the questions are silly (smells you can't stand) and some are serious (things you wish you could say to your mother). Either way they make you think hard about your life, your daily decisions, and your habits.

Great asset to any night stand!

Great Way to learn about yourself and others!!!

This book is a fun way to learn more about yourself and others. My husband and I sit down and do one or two lists and then share the results. Even after 10 years we are learning things about each other we never knew! It has been lots of fun. We also started saving our lists for our kids to read someday. It is a fun and easy way to learn more about yourself and others!

    Great gift

I bought this book for my mother, before she goes to sleep at night she fills out a list. She won't let me read what she writes, and assuming that someday I will read it, the content will serve as something like a biography and i'm sure that this book which has not only entertained her will do the same for me.

    I Also Recommend:

    Journal via List Making

I have tried to journal via lists in the past and have enjoyed the experience. Here the author has simplified the effort by providing the thought provokers.

I would have preferred this as a MS WORD compatible CD.

I recommend exploring different journal formats until finding one that fits personally. Keeping a journal is probably of value to nearly everyone, although I have always found the discipline difficult to maintain. I wish now that I did have a record, even of key events across my life or of medical history or .... Some use journals to explore feelings and reactions and opinions -- that is not my forte. But I do suggest reading the journals of others.
