    The Lumifier was too small for reading.

    The Lumifier was a gift and had to be returned. The receiver wanted an illuminating magnifier with a larger magnifying area.

    The Best Magnifier Out There

    I have tried a number of magnifiers, and this one is the best hands down. The magnifier itself folds inside the handle for protection when not in use. When you push the black button the mirror moves from within the case and will stop at any of an infintite number of positions. Whether you are left or right handed doesn't matter - the ideal position for you is available. The light is bright and illuminates the page well, but not so bright that it will wake up someone sleeping next to you in bed. I most highly recommend this product!
