    Love it!

This cover is great. It's coated canvas so it is sturdier than the some of the synthetic leather ones I have seen. It has a spot for you to put your business card or some other type of id, a spot for paper, or airline boarding passes. :)

It's not so thick that you can't fold the cover back and it is thick enough to hold open if that's what you prefer. Definitely a good choice and the design is unique.

Hugs my nook like a lover...

This cover is fantastic. It makes the nook feel much more like a book, and it has a great design. The fact that I can slip a business card and pieces of paper inside is great. The cover is firm and literally hugs my nook like a lover. I use the nook for school, so I'm side loading a ton of pdf files, not to mention that my nook goes everywhere with me...on the shuttle, in the backpack, in the purse, from class to class...this cover shows no wear or tear and it should considering the mileage it has already traveled. If you need a cover, this one looks better and fits better than the others I have tried.

    Just OK

The cover does it's job but the elastic that holds the top of the Nook inside is pulling apart. Not something you expect after a few months. I would recommend a different cover.

LOVE the cover, hate the color

I love this cover. It's sturdy, stylish, holds up well, makes my Nook feel like a book, has really convenient pockets inside (the MAJOR bonus for me is a place to store my business card), and it's pretty darn eye-catching. The exterior is also COATED canvas, so it resists dirt and staining. The only reason this cover DIDN'T receive a 5* rating from me is the cream color used on the interior. While it LOOKS lovely, I fold the cover over when I read instead of holding it open, and the interior "spine" and the hard bottom my Nook slips in to are FILTHY now on the right-hand side (and I try my best to clean them). I got the cover as a Christmas gift, it came with the Nook, so it's been less than six months. I try not to touch it too much, but how can you help not touching it? If you've always got spotlessly clean hands, perhaps this wouldn't happen, but it's happened to me. :-( I've just ordered the Jonathan Adler Quotes cover, though, because the interior is a nice dark blue and will dirty less easily, even if it's a tad more expensive. I don't love the Peace & Love cover, but I've recommended that below in case anybody else likes it.

    Jonathan Adler Cover

I'm very happy with this cover. Great design! It's sturdy and keeps the nook safe and secure. It's simple and elegant. The business card slot is very convenient and an added bonus that other covers don't have. I accidentally left it in church one weekend and it was quickly returned to me on Monday due to my business card in the slot. I have traveled with it to Europe and the cover holds up very well. I got it in early January and it still looks brand new. I highly recommend this cover. You will not be dissapointed.

White parts appeared well..WHITE on screen.

The product does what it's meant to do, that is protect the nook. The white part of the cover appears to be more of a light beige in person so I was a bit disappointed with that. And like someone else has mentioned, the bottom part that functions to hold the nook makes the bottom portion appear quite bulkier in comparison to the top. Another thing worth mentioning is the inside where the spine of a book would be located. It appears to be made of some faux suede material, and if you're one to fold the cover back in order to read with one hand I would stay away from this cover because the "spine" seems to dirty easily. A darker color would've remedied this.

    Love it!

My Nook kept me company at an otherwise boring meeting today, and I was surprised at the amount of people who were drawn to this case. I knew I liked it, but I didn't expect complete strangers to come up to me and ask to see it. Evidently, they found it quite striking as well, and I basically met more co-workers today than I had in the entire two years I've worked there.

Not only does this cover look good, but it gives the feel of a "real" book in your hands while reading from your Nook. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase and consider it well worth the money. (And I'd say the same for the Nook as well!) Glad I passed on the cheaper covers at other sites.

    Great cover

Sturdy, feels like a 'real' book, has pockets and the inside feels very cool. I love that it is coated canvas and will repel most dirt. The cover design is what got my attention-it is the best.

The Nook fits extremely well inside the covers, and the spine has enough room that if you do have business cards or a reasonable amount of papers in the pockets it closes with no difficulty.

I am now looking for a light to go with this cover. I am thinking one of the ones that will slide in behind the cover, but not sure how stable those are.

If you are looking for a great cover, quirky and strong, this is the one to get.

    Stylish and Sturdy

I love my Adler cover, its insanely cute. I, being 17, needed a cover for my nook to protect it from.. well, everything. This cover keeps my nook safely covered and tucked away in my bag full of school stuff. The fashionable cover is a plus, and I adore it. The pockets on the inside are really nice to have too, i can keep a notepad in the case to jot down points of the book i'm reading. I also keep a picture id in the clear pocket, under the "this Nook belongs to:" stitch. I am really happy with my Nook cover.

    Good purchase

I purchased this cover as soon as I purchased my nook last month. I wanted to hold out for the Adler Quotes cover to be available, but needed a case asap to protect my nook on my vacation to Ireland. A huge plus for me is the fact that this cover has a large pocket inside, as well as a place to hold a business card or id. My nook fits securely inside and I am confident to put this case in my purse or bag and know that my nook will be safe. The cover folds back for one-handed reading if you'd like, and so far it has remained clean. All in all, a great purchase!

    Exactly what I wanted!

This cover is so perfect. It's eye catching without being obnoxious, holds my nook plus has pockets to hold those bits of paper I think I might need that I used to stuff into my books to hold my page. But lets not forget it's reasonably priced. In fact I have the Alice Cover and because both were such great prices for exactly what I wanted I felt no shame in buying two nook covers. Now I can change covers like purses, to suit my mood and style.

    Worth the Wait!

I ordered this cover two separate times, since it was canceled once due to overwhelming demand. I finally got it in the mail today and it's fabulous! It's so sturdy and wonderfully snug on my nook. It's exactly what I wanted and it was well worth the wait. For those of you that got exasperated with B&N for the wait, believe me, now is the time to order it!!

    Best Cover Available!

Not only does it keep your nook all safe and cozy inside, but when you close the cover it actually stays closed. It is heavy enough to not require a rubber band to keep it down. I love the card holder. I would recommend this cover to anyone who likes to bring their nook with them wherever they go. While some of the other covers are really neat looking, this one is the best for practicality purposes. I also find the hard cover to be a very good thing when it comes to protecting my nook.

What a great Nook cover for true BIBLIOVORES!

I was drwan to this cover from the moment I saw it. Some of the others were flashier and more feminine and I am drawn that way these days. But this one has a classic appearance.

It is studry, coated canvas, in bold black and white. The back cover has a question mark on it. I like the sense of mystery which that foretells..."what's inside the cover?". There is no "Nook" title or logo along the spine, to further enhance the sense of suspense!

I take books everywhere I go. Everywhere. I am able to pop this into whatever purse I am carrying, just as I always have a good book. Now I am actually carrying as many as I choose, and in an attractive and easy form.

    Attractive and Sturdy

This cover immediately caught my eye when I purchased my Nook last week. It's simple yet attractive; it's study but not heavy. The inside is practical, with a place for identification and there's even room to store some papers. My nook fits in very securely and I don't worry that it will fall out.

    Nice Cover

This is one that you can truly "judge by it's cover" The material is sturdy, the design is nice, and the Nook fits securely with or without the elastic straps. I love love it! It's a good investment and worth the price.

    Fantastic!

Well - I've only had this cover for a day, but so far so good. Very sturdy. Feels more like a book and seems to protect my Nook nicely. This cover replaced the Kate Spade I spent so much $ on - and I'm much happier with it. Can't beat the price and quality in comparison. It may not be as spunky in color, but it's fun and won't leave blue stripes on my Nook! Let's hope the inside stays clean . . .

    looks classy, works well

love the look and the physical feel of this cover. I like being able to read (and charge) the nook without removing the cover, also a plus that the controls won't get bumped accidentally. (The original sleeve-style cover I had made it too easy to hit the power switch even when you wanted the nook powered down all the way, like on airplane takeoff/landing.) This one was back-ordered for a while, but well worth the wait.

Never judge a book by it's cover

I love the exterior of the cover and the functionality. The inside is where it loses points with me. The bottom half of the cover is very bulky and that causes the top half to be thinner which makes the spine torque. The color is a light taupe and after just a dew weeks is already discoloring from being handled. A darker color would have been a better choice.
