In this unique collection, cherry blossoms grace vintage kimono patterns and are echoed in the scalloped shape of the chocolates. The collection contains a seductive assortment of flavors infused with both savory and sweet Japanese ingredients, including Shiso-Lime (dark ganache infused with Japanese mint and lime); Adzuki Bean (white ganache with smooth adzuki bean paste and a hint of raspberry); Green Tea (white ganache with macha green tea); Soy-Miso (caramel with tamari soy and white miso paste); Persimmon-Peach (caramel with organic Fuyu persimmons and white peaches); and Sesame-Shichimi Togarashi (white sesame praliné with black sesame seeds, traditional chili spice mix, and milk chocolate).

Rounding out the artistry of this sophisticated collection is a medallion with a 19th-century woodblock print by master artist Eishi Hosoda. Made in the USA.
