I have a print subscription to Better Homes & Garden and it includes at no additional charge the digital edition for the iPad and the Kindle Fire. I put it on my husband's iPad and love it. However if I want to add the digital edition to my Nook I have to pay an additional charge, which I'm not willing to do. When Barnes Noble makes the Nook edition free for those of us who already have a print subscription, I'd love to add it to my Nook, but not until then.

I had a two year subscription thinking I would find good decorating tips and recipes. I found most of the time I was bored and found little or nothing in most issues that were of interest to me. I tried to unsubscribe at the end of the two years. This lasted a couple months, but they are sending me new ones again. It will be good for the person looking for country themed decorating and recipes. It is not a horrible magazine, just not for me.

I just recently renewed my subscription to this magazine. When I had stopped receiving Better Homes and Gardens, after a previous gift subscription ran out, I found that I really missed the monthly inspiration from the beautiful photos, interesting articles and great recipes in every issue. The magazine gives great advice on using color in your home, highlights beautiful renovations and gardens but also features affordable products that can perk up your place for the current season if redecorating a whole room is out of your budget. I love the selection of seasonal recipes and always find something great for pot-lucks and family get-togethers throughout the year in the pages of BH&G. This is a great magazine for gardeners, cooks and anyone who enjoys making their house a little homier.
