For some years now I have read Oprah and I have to say that what was once a fat, considerable, long lasting, inspiring magazine is becoming thinner more full of advertisements and less inspiring and can be read in one sitting. There are reliable bits still with excellent regular contributors .But whereas once I would never miss and indeed would look forward to buying my Oprah(even tho it is more expensive in UK, where I live)I seldom buy it now .Real shame as it was once one of if not the best

It's a bore sifting through the ads. Occassionally there is a good online link to an organization, and there usually is an inspirational article or two, but basically this periodical is not worth putting down $13.00-$20.00 for. Watch her on tv, but the pages of this mag are completely different than her show.

Oprah should let someone else have a little publicity. How many times do we have to look at her most recent fashion statement???

I look forward to receiving the Oprah Magazine every month - it always has a fun and colorful cover, it's big and thick, full of fun and interesting information - a great magazine to take on trips or to pass the time. Too many ads, but that's what keeps the subscription so cheap.

I have had a subscription to the O magazine for several years now. While I find that with most magazines I lose interest over time, the O magazine holds my interest. I literally read it from cover to cover. The articles are interesting. But time and time again I find that I am rewarded with websites throughout the magazine that lead me to new and interesting sites that I enjoy and add to my favorites. I would recommend this magazine to anyone that likes to read and stay current on fashion and new products. I will continue to have a subscription for many years to come.
