What I like best is two of their regular features - one is a focus on a particular pose, where they have an experienced teacher break it down for you and they use a series of pictures. The other is similar but is more about a short practice to help with a part of the body or issue - also with several pages of pose-by-pose illustration. The rest is also useful and I agree with the other reviewer that I do read _every_ part of the journal. Afterwards I always feel more like practicing and maybe even somewhat enlightened about how to improve my outlook/feelings/spirituality. (They are not overly hokey new age although there are features about spirituality sometimes.) They have been delivering serious and well edited information and inspiration for long before the "fad" took hold in the 90's. Also they list where to find studios for all types of yoga.
