Great book light

My daughter and I each picked out a booklight with holiday gift cards. This one was 1/3 the cost of the one I selected, but it's much better. Now we're fighting over it! The light is very bright, so the manufacturer picked a great name, and it's focused enough not to cast light elsewhere (my early-to-bed husband says it's the best booklight I've ever had, as far as not disturbing him while he's trying to get to sleep), yet broad enough to light up both pages without adjusting. The flexible neck is also a nice feature for adjusting the beam for different size books. It also has a more substantial/durable feel than most booklights. The only downside is that the clip/battery portion is fairly heavy/bulky.

Perfect craft light

I was looking for a good light to use while I knit in the car or in dark places. This light works perfectly!! The light is good and bright as well as it focuses directly in the right spot. The clip and flexible arm allows me to use it almost anywhere. I'm going to buy about 3 more so I can keep one in the car, on my nightstand, and a spare just incase.

Perfect for kids

I got this for my 8 y.o. son, who loves to read in bed. Whoops, I think I created a monster! He's been reading under the covers when he thinks we're asleep. Oh, okay, maybe I just pretend not to notice, since I did the same thing at his age. The light is better than a flashlight as it frees up his hands, and he says it's easy for him to adjust the flexible arm. It takes regular AAA batteries and clips onto almost anything.

little light mighty bright

This is a great light. I use it at night to read in bed and not have to worry about getting up to turn off a light when I go to bed. It's really bright and lights up the pages of the book well.

READING LIGHT

THIS IS ONE OF THE IF NOT THE BEST READING LIGHT THAT I HAVE EVER PURCHASED. I HAVE HAD MANY IN THE PAST BUT THIS ONE IS FAR SUPERIOR TO ANY OF THE OTHERS. IT IS WELL MADE, STURDY AND EXTREMELY BRIGHT. I ILLUMINATES BOTH SIDES OF THE BOOK MAY IT BE HARD COVER OR SOFT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANY NIGHT TIME READER.

Great Little Booklight

I bought these for my daughters who are away at college. They use them all of the time because the lighting is not good in their dorm rooms. I got one for myself so that I could read late at night when I can't sleep. My husband is sensitive to light when he is sleeping so I still have to leave the room, but it is less disruptive to my sleep patterns than turning on a table lamp to read by.

Excellent purchase! Has not disappointed me yet!

I am an avid reader and tend to read at night in bed next to my sleeping husband. The light is not too bright that it keeps him awake, is very flexible, and is run off of a regular battery not some special expensive battery like many of my other lights I have purchased in the past. I even find myself using it as a flashlight when I wake in the night and do not want to wake anyone up by turning on the lights. Best booklight I have purchased.

excellent product

I really like this booklight, it stays where I put it and is bright enough to light the entire page, even hardbacks.

Perfect for my legally blind friend....

I purchased this light as a gift for my friend, who has macular degeneration. She is completely blind in one eye and lost most of her vision in the other. She absolutely loves it and wants 2 more. She uses it to be able to shine light on her remote for the tv, as her cable company does not provide handicapped remotes in this area (Brighthouse - same on them); she uses it to help her see medicine labels and to write her checks. It is a wonderful light, flexible and bright. Thank you for providing this versatile tool for vision impaired as well as those of us blessed enough to see at all.

Perfect for me...

This light was just what I needed at a great price. I've been able to see in the dark and it clips on well. Very happy with this.

Xtraflex Saves Marriage

Well maybe it didn't save the marriage, but it allows me to go to sleep with the lights out, while my wife reads ! Very happy with this purchase. Battery is lasting well.

Booklight

Excellent for reading at night and versatil.

Sturdy and bright

We purchased this booklight for our daughter (age 7) for Christmas - she loves to read in bed. At the time, she was in a bunk bed, and the clip even opened wide enough to clip onto the rails of the bed - perfect! And it's nice and bright, very flexible. It's a good product and a good price, too.

Mighty Bright Blue LED

I exchanged the serpant light for this booklight. This booklight is extremely bright and lights up both pages of the book completely. It also has a firm grip so that way it does not fall off of the book. Overall, this is the bes booklight I have ever purchased.

Lights up the night

Very durable and easily placed booklight. Highly recommend it. Really like the flexibility.

Flexible and less intrusive than many

The first light that I bought didn't work but the second one was fine. No problem making the exchange. The light is very flexible and can be adjusted well to avoid being too intrusive to someone else who is trying to sleep. I find I need to adjust the light a few times per page turn to cover dark spots to minimize intrusion when DH is trying to sleep. However, this is a great light for the price. I may need to buy another one for DD.

convenient, lights up with a bright enough light to clearly view book page, yet does not bother others, clamp is very useful

Booklight

I originally bought this item for cross stitch, because it helps to see much better. But it's also a great product for books. The light is bright, natural light. The price is not so bad for what it is.
