I was looking for a light I could use with my nook. Many of the reviews I've read on other lights indicate a major drawback is that they don't cover the entire page. The Mighty Bright had the best comments so I thought I'd give it a try and I am so glad that I did. The light is 'light' in weight but very bright--even on the low setting it fills the entire nook screen with no shadows. It adjusts to any position you'd ever want and truly is flexible. Besides my nook, this has been one of the better purchases I have made. It comes in a variety of colors to suit everyone's taste. This is money well spent.

This really gives off a lot of light for its size. It is just a little too heavy with paperback books.

This book light is exactly what I was looking for. Plus it came in a really cute green and other fun colors! It is easy to use with 2 levels of LED light which can be changed with the push of a button on the top. The light can be positioned easily with no fear of twisting the arm. Batteries came with the book light, so I was able to use it right away. The Mighty Xtraflex 2 clamps on nicely to a book and can oven make a great bookmark in a pinch. I would recommend this book light to anyone who wants to read in bed without keeping their spouse awake!

I recently purchased this book light for a long airplane flight. It was perfect. The two lights allow for varied needs of lighting and with the pedestal/clip I was even able to use on a nightstand so as not to disturb my husband.
It holds 3 AAA batteries so it lasts longer. I have not had to replace the batteries yet.
Rechargeable would be better but still a good buy!

It is very bright, flexible and light weight. I purchase the ac adapter so we wouldn't have to worry about batteries. Best book light I have purchased.

This is the best light to have for reading at night. The flexible head and the two brightness levels on the Mighty Bright are great. Both my husband and I enjoy this light for reading at night. It makes it easy to be able to read while your partner sleeps. Best book light I have ever owned -- batteries last forever.

This booklight is wonderful. The light it gives is so nice & white! (If it's too bright, it does have a "lower" setting.) The light covers both pages of even a hardback book. I read a lot, and I've been enjoying this booklite much more than other booklites I've tried (those others give off a yellowish light, which isn't as easy to read under).
The clip holds nicely onto the book. The flexible neck is easy to move into a comfortable plase and it stays in place.

I got this as a gift from my husband and LOVE it! I've already gone through three other lights and have not liked them, they broke easily, or they had hard to find batteries. This one is super flexible with the twisty arm, can turn it however I want to get the best lighting, while trying not to distrurb my husband. I also love that with a simple click, it has two power levels (using one light bulb, or two). So you can adjust the brightness. And it takes regular batteries that we have laying around the house! I LOVE my new light and highly recommend it to others.

With other products, people (including myself) have complained about how you can't see what you are reading, its difficult getting the clip to stay in place, the light burns out quickly. I was always one to read when I went to bed. I have tried other products that would constantly burn out, run out of battery with no way to replace it, leave marks on my page, etc. My parents noticed my complaining and went out and bought the Mighty Bright Green Xtraflex 2 LED Booklight. It has changed the way I think about booklights. It may be a little bottom heavy where the clip is, but other than that, it doesn't leave a mark on the page, it uses AAA batteries (so it is easy to replace), the light is strong and percise, giving you two options of High light or Low light, it lights up both pages entirely, the neck is very flexible and can't seem to be broken, and it also has a very good taste of color. I definately recommend this product to anyone who likes to read in the dark, read in bed, or even just reading in a dark space. It works!

I've had several of these and at first it works fine, but after only a couple of weeks, the light gets really dim and flickers a lot. If I pressed on the base a bit it would stop flickering for a bit, but it wouldn't stay that way when I let go. It's as if there's a loose conncection somewhere. I've come to the conclusion that the style with a stiff arm (rather than the bendable kind like this) is more reliable.

I wanted a "read in bed light" that wouldn't disturb my sleeping husband. This one is just right. I first tried the Flex Neck Clip On but it wasn't bright enough.

I tried out a booklight with two LED lights and it almost blinded me. I also have tried a clip-on light that was bookmarker style and that ended up mostly shining in my eyes. The one light gives enough illumination so I don't get eye strain and the flexible neck is great if I have a bigger book and I need to put the light more in one area. The only complaint I have is that in doesn't have no slip pads, but since I can fix that by going to a craft store I am not all that bothered by it. Overall, a great product.

This light is very bright in the high position and bright in the low position. I use it when I don't want a room light on at night. Best booklight I've ever had.

I've had a couple of booklights, both of which were/are bulky and awkward when clipped to a paperback book. But clipping it overhead on a headboard or shelf solved that problem. The light isn't very bright, so I like that the Mighty Bright lets you angle the light where you need it. It has two little light bulbs which you can control with one or two clicks for one or both lights. The only thing is, I wish it were a little brighter.
