    great pocket notebook

    Using this notebook for the first time. Have given as gifts multiple times. Using it to keep handy to jot down ideas and sketches for a new condo/townhome. Excellently made.

    Just the right size

    I have searched for a pocket journal to write notes in for ideas on anything and everything and voila I discovered the moleskine soft cover. I especially like the elasticized strap closure because this allows one to put scraps of color or material and small clips from mags or newspapers and the like for later perusal and use. It's well made and sturdy. It's a perfect purse and doesn't add too much weight. I'm happy with this purchase.

    A Gem of a Journal

    I LOVE my Moleskin! I purchased my first one at the end of last year to use as my calendar journal for 2009. It worked superbly. I figured how many days I had to get on each right hand side page to make it last the year... and throughout the year put my commitments, to do list, etc. on the right hand page, using the left side pages for journaling, processing, venting, taking notes, sketching and playing. I had so much satisfaction, and pleasure, using it all year. The quality of the paper, the stamina of the cover, the elastic to secure it.... it was all perfect. I couldn't be happier! As I stand this one on the shelf at the end of December with my other journals, I'll feel good about how contained the memories and recording of this year are. However, now I must turn my attention to ordering my new one for 2010. Happy New Year! Happy Recording/Journaling!

    Only journals I ever buy - they're wonderful!

    Totally worth the money!

    I bought this on a whim while checking out, but I have to say it was worth it. I keep it in my backpack, which comes everywhere with me. I'm an engineer and I bought it to write down product ideas and improvements. Its been great to have a place to keep them all together. The built in folder doesn't get much use from me, but its a neat feature I suppose; the bookmarker and elastic to keep it closed are definitely nice features though. Despite being on the bottom of my bag for the past few months it doesn't show any wear and the pages are still neat and uncrumpled.

    This thing has saved my life.

    Literally, this thing has saved my life on more than one occasion. Mementos, notes to myself, writing down my ideas when they pop into my head, work schedules, and anything like that.

    This easily fits in my back pocket and it's flexible cover makes it easy to sit on just like any wallet. And it's back compartment is great for small scraps of paper that I need to save.

    If you have as bad of a memory as me, I highly recommend this item.
