    Destined to be a million-seller.

Here we go, the first REAL review of the game, now that it's out. In a nutshell? It's great. New characters, online play, and more extras than you could shake a forest's worth of sticks at. SSBB also boasts one of THE best soundtracks ever put to a video game. The songs are nothing less than an aural history of Nintendo, stocked with the original tunes, orchestrations, vocal tracks, and remixes galore. The down side? The game feels slower than Melee, the previous version, perhaps to open up this mascot fighter to a broader audience. And despite an expanded single player mode, the only real fun to be had is with other people, preferably friends. The online play, while generally smooth, tends to lag a bit in four player brawls. While the Subspace Emissary mode was touted as a deep, single player adventure, I found that the game's controls just don't suit themselves well to a side-scrolling beat-em-up. I only recommed playing that mode as an easy way to open up the hidden characters, stages, and music.

    CAN'T WAIT

With all the newcomers, different modes and the recently announced Stage builder. This looks like it will be the best installment of the Smash Bros. line. February cannot come soon enough.

    Nintendo has done it again!

Nintendo has done it again! After 2 LONG delays, Nintendo has released Super Smash Bros. Brawl! On March 9, 2008, I woke up with $50 in my hand and went to my local game store to pick up SSBB and played it as soon as I got home. I wasn't disapointed! This game has EVERYTHING! An awesome adventure mode titled &quot The Subspace Emissary&quot , an awesome charcter roster of about 35 characters, a cool v.s. mode, some awesome stages and even Wi-Fi battles! This game has lived up to my expectations! So, if you haven't gotten Super Smash Bros. Brawl, either you're crazy, or you just haven't heard of it! I HIGHLY reccomend this game! It won't let you down!

Great, but not all it could've been...

The game itself is fantastic, and on its own one of the best Nintendo has put out recently. But comparisons to its predecessor are inevitable, and in certain aspects this installment doesn't stack up. The controls are clunkier, and the game overall seems to have a slower pace. But the graphics, sound, character variety, and unlockables are all superior. You take the good with the bad, and I would say this game is on par with Melee. Which do I prefer? Depends on the day, really.

    The greatest game sense Pong.

This game is recimended for any one who likes video games. Not only dose it bring back some players we love, but the new players that will become classics "pit, ike, ect". The new Subspace Embassy mode puts a new Adventure,RPG spin on things. A spin that will not make us all throw up"toon link!!". Still, I had to ajust to the new feel of the game, but over all the game deserved 6 stars but the most thay would let me put was 5.

    Sure to be great...

but something tells me that the online mode won't play as well as it should. It has now been delayed until March 9th. And to whoever said Solid Snake is from "Playstation"...he is a Konami character, not a Playstation character. Snake first appeared on the NES.

The best super smash bros game.

Super Smash Bros is one of the best Nintendo games ever. This game goes way back to the Nintendo 64 in the 1990’s. Super Smash Bros was the game everyone and me wanted when people saw the preview on T.V. The game hit number one the first month. The game was a fighting game with famous game characters from other games fighting with their weapons and items. Then they stop for a few years after that. When the gamecube came out they made Super Smash Bros Melee. The game sold pretty well but it wasn’t as good as the first one. After that was done, the Wii came out and Super Smash Bros Brawl with the same characters with some additions. The Wii is the best Nintendo system because it’s like your really playing the game and more features. It hasn’t come out but I think it will do the best out of all the Super Smash Bros. The Graphics, game play, almost everything is going to be good.

    Superior to all Games

Brawl is just as highly anticipated as Twilight Princess. I can't wait for this game to come out, for online play is calling me to Smash the heck out of everyone.

    Brawl FTW

The culmination of all of mankind's thousands of years of existence is about to manifest Feb 10th in Super Smash Brothers Brawl. With Sonic the Hedgehog and Solid Snake from Sega and Playstation respectively, Brawl transends the Nintendo platform and brings together all of your favorite video game characters. Duke it out on-line, play the character unique single-player game, or invite friends over for the smashing of your life. This is poised to be the biggest game of the year (and probably of the Wii console)!
