    started out pretty good...but didn't last long!

    I was excited to get this charger because I hate unsightly cords in the car. Within the first month a small plastic piece where you plug in the phone fell off. It was still functional so thought nothing of it. The cord is supposed to be 3ft long but it only seemed to pull out about a foot and half or two. I decided to try and pull the cord out to three feet and it completely broke. It no longer charges or recoils. I am trying to find out how to contact the company to see if they will send me a replacement...I don't think Barnes and Nobles allows refunds/returns after 30 days.
