    FUNNNNNNN!!!!

WE LOVE IT! My wild 6 year old boy loves fish! He sits down for hoursss trying to get this puzzle, he loves it! I feel like it is story time all over again. You have a bit of an option to create your own puzzle, because the pieces are so different. We have fun making our own games, my son loves using the fish pieces with his legos! I highly recommend it, I am so happy to have this puzzle, what a steal!

The Alex Beard Fishery Puzzle was Awesome!

My husband gave me this puzzle because he knows I love jigsaws. When I saw it I thought there would be no way! I put together the border first as I usually do with jigsaw puzzles, but that was irrelevant to this puzzle because it really is just a border with absolutely no connection and not even any matching shapes or colors to go by (except for just a few of the pieces). So then I turned to the puzzle itself and really got hooked. At first, I was daunted, but I persevered and then it became a matter of pride that I WOULD finish this puzzle. It was really fun and in some ways easier than the typical puzzle with lots of cloudy sky. As for the border,I tried to put that together again at the end, but there were only about a quarter of the pieces that had any color on them at all so that you could match them to the interior and the border pieces are almost all the same shape, so they are seemingly interchangeable. So, the only suggestion I would make for this and other puzzles like it would be to make sure that there is some color on the border pieces when the puzzle is cut. However, since I wasn't planning on framing it, that really had no bearing on my enjoyment of the puzzle.

more a mathematical tool than a puzzle, and excellent!

Tessellations, long an eye-candy in our family, becomes hands-on! Great fun had by all.
We only wish the set of parts was larger so that the patterns could radiate out.
