    pieces missing, fit /cut imprecise, creases in the image, poor puzzle design

    for what this puzzle cost, it should be of much higher quality. the veneer on the underside tore in a number of places because the cutters were not sharp enough. Fit of pieces was not precise. The paper with the image was not smoothly glued on--there were several conspicuous creases.

    Any of this might be forgivable, but several pieces were missing.

    Also, the design of this puzzle means that the pieces do not interlock. While this allows the so-called creativity," it means that it is difficult to hold the puzzle together while you're working on it. I ended up having to use post-it markers to lightly hold the pieces together.
