    Best Game

This game is contagious. We have so much fun playing you can play by yourself, with a small group or large group. Small enough to take with you anywhere you go. take it out to eat while waiting for food, take it camping play it at home. Whenever you play it you just can't stop. It is very similar to scrabble but a lot faster. Buy you'll love it.

    Fun Game But...

This is a cheap, watered down version of Syzygy. We've played Syzygy with mixed groups of all ages including one with both a 6 year old and an 89 year old. We've played with people for whom English is a second or third language and with dyslexics. All of the above had great fun and no one dominated the games. Syzygy has twice the number of tiles as Bananagrams, so it's more suitable for larger groups. The letter distributions (number of tiles per letter) are also better, making for a more challenging game. The physical quality of the tiles is also superior. And best of all, the game is still being sold and distributed by the woman who created it, not some huge toy company.

    GREAT!

I picked this up for one of my grandchildren. After I got it home I thought, "I'm going to try this." My grandson never got this one- I kept it for myself. I keep it in my purse and play solitaire when I have to sit for long times. I now have purchased three more to give to my grandchildren. 5 stars for Bananagrams!

    Fast and fun

Super easy to learn. You don't need to know a bunch of obscure words to win. While not exactly a travel game since you need a table or flat surface to play on it will fin in your pocket. And I think the packaging is adorable.

    It's Addictive!

I'm not much of a game player, but I thought I would give this a try. It is small and portable and you can play it anywhere. You can play alone or with a group. Once you get started you can't stop!

    Fun for all

Bananagrams is a great game that pulls the entire family together. Age 6 to 106 can sit down and have a fun family game night. My kids think grandma and grandpa are cool when they all sit down to play. I have given this game as a gift to all of my kids friends.

    Great fun

This is a fabulously fun game that can be played anywhere with any number of people of all ages (as long as they know how to read/spell). My 10 year-old nephew loves it, and has his grandparents bring it every week when they go out for lunch (so they can play while they wait for their order!). I then bought one for my friend's 9 year-old daughter--it was an instant hit and a great way to get children to interact with adults!

    Bananagrams Game

Played Bananagrams on Easter Sunday after brunch. It has been high on our list of table games ever since. We play games with three different groups and have turned them on to our "new" game. It is fun, challenging, thought provoking and encourages interaction among players. The best is the great laughter when we hear/see how some words are spelled or made up as we recite our words during what we call "final call" where everyone "shows off" sharing their words. It is highly portable and I recently played on top of a newspaper on a picnic table at the park. It was such a beautiful day to be outside and I invited two friends to the park with some sandwiches from Subway and we had a great time.

    Great New Game!!!

Bananagrams is great fun for everyone who enjoys word games. It is somewhat along the lines of Scrabble, in that words are created with tiles. However, the good part is that no board is used, and you can rearrange the words you have made when you get new letters. Highly recommended for game nights with family and friends!

    Fun AND oh so Portable!

We LOVE this game - what a great idea! I originally bought this as a manipulative to use to help me teach my 6 yr old son spelling in a fun and creative way. We have had lots of fun with it as a teaching tool.

Additionally, we have had fun with it as the game it is meant to be.
My favorite thing about it is that it is SO compact and portable. It can be taken just about anywhere and you have instant fun!

Best word game for the whole family.

This has got to be the best word game we've come across yet. Other games give you more points for longer words and therefore sets younger children up at a disadvantage.

Because this game relies on using all your letters first (rather than giving points for longer words, letters used, etc.), children of all ages can participate together with no unfair advantage to older children.

    Great fun for everyone!

    Excellent game!

This has been a wonderful game for our family. We have given it several times as gifts. All ages, children through adult, can play at the same time and everybody has a chance to win. It's been a great way to see different spelling problems my children may have as well as challenging them to think of words outside their everyday speech to use up their letters.

    Highly, highly recommended.

    Banana Split Great!

I bought this game for my eight year old granddaughter's birthday. She loves the game as does her 10 year old sister. The object of the main game is to take a certain number of tiles (letters) from the pile and to use all of them in words in a crossword-like pattern in the fastest time. I like it because everyone is playing at the same time; the children don't get bored or sidetracked while it is someone else's turn. It is a fast and fun game and it is interesting to see what words the children come up with on their own. Sometimes their grandfather and I play with them as partners and it is amazing to see how their young minds work so quickly. I highly recommend this game.

    Very Addicting

I play it solitare. It's sort of like being a jazz musician who turns a bunch of mental mush in the form of musical notes into something coherent and contiguous. You never know what comes up next if you scramble the puzzle and start over again. It's a great game for music students to sharpen their improvisation skills.

    Word freak

I use this for practice in playing speed scrabble. I am involved in scrabble tournaments and I am always looking for more and more ways to keep my word skills/anagram skills sharp. This game is portable, easy to carry around and very similiar to scrabble. Just use the normal scrabble tile values to keep score and you will do fine. I recommend this to anyone of any age who loves words and word-play.

We do not have a life now!

Nothing better on a rainy day at the camp. We tried using only names, then tried only animals to change it up.
