I love Donutella so when I saw this plush at my local Barnes and Noble I had to get her. She's very well made for a plushie.
They seem very consistent and in my personal opinion she looks better than the preview pictures circulating online. She's very soft but holds up well. She's not floppy at all. Even her little doughnut ears stand up well. She's very much a live representation of the version on all the Tokidoki merchandise.
The colors are vibrant and true to her design. She doesn't look dilapidated or lumpy.
Her sprinkles aren't separate so you don't have to worry about them coming off over time. They are 'sewn' however and could snag on something and come undone.
The 'frosted' parts are separate fabric but seem to be sewn well enough that they won't lift and start unraveling.
Her doughnut 'skirt'(?) is only held to her by a few threads to her little hands. I have seen people fashion the doughnut to be underneath her as sort of a seat without it coming off but I wouldn't recommend this to younger children. I have let my 7 yr old play with her on occasion however and Donutella is still in new condition.
It doesn't seem like it would hold up very well. Overall a great gift for anyone who loves Tokidoki, anime, sweets, or hello kitty.
