Build the Puzzle & Learn the World!
Since The Global Puzzle actually has pieces shaped like the countries of the world, you cannot complete it without figuring out where every country is located. No other puzzle comes with such a superb geography lesson!
This is an easy and fun puzzle to put together with the family. Great gift for a winter afternoon.

It was fun to have to remember grade school days to remember where countries are located and had lots of fun looking up the fun facts written in the oceans.
My puzzle was a little hard to get all the pieces to lay flat without bowing caused by pieces being a little too large. I must say that listing statistics in the ocean pieces was a great idea! It added more depth and interest to the puzzle!

We had a great family evening putting this together, kids had the land, parents had the sea. We learnt about all the places in the world we haven't been too and enjoyed laughter and memories of the places we've been to see.

It is equally challenging and interesting. I was humbled by my imperfect knowledge of geography. Not great for (most) kids, I would think. I totally loved it, and will do it many times over. A GREAT lesson in geography.

I really love the setup of the puzzle and individual cut puzzle pieces. It is a nice change to the regular jigsaw puzzle and definitely helps you remember the countries with their main cities. The reason why I subtracted one star is solely based on the existence of a few very very small puzzle pieces which could get lost easily, especially in the hands of kids and toddlers. Then again kids of a young age should not be doing regular puzzles unattended anyways ;-).Overall I am very happy I purchased this puzzle and have already combined it a few times.
