Harry Potter Wand with Illuminating Tip

Best toy ever!

Nothing I have ever bought for my son (who is a 4 1/2 year old Harry Potter fan)gave him more joy than this wand! He plays with it all the time, everywhere. He uses the light up function in every corner of the house, chanting "Lumos" with glee. He chants "Expecto Patronum" just like Harry (panting with effort) and in general has more fun with this than anything. The size and weight are just right, it really does light up like a mini flashlight, and the coolness factor is supreme. I already have the Hermione one for my daughter. If only they had a Ron Weasley wand for my other son......

Wow

This Item is awsome!!! I just hoped that it was all wood not plastic. I have the original harry potter wand too and both of them are very alike. True Harry Potter fan would buy this!!

This product is great

At first I didn't know if this is the product I wanted. I'm a big Harry Potter fan so I wanted to get something like a magic wand. I was blown away at how bright or dim the wand gets by pressing the button. Do I recommend this product... YES!!!

Loved it!

We purchased this wand for our son for his 6th birthday. He is a huge Harry Potter fan. We actually told him we flew to London to get it and his face lit up. He enjoys making up spells and watching the light go on and off. He is practicing flicking his wrist the "Harry Potter" way to get the light to go on. It's a great gift and I highly recommend it for the Harry Potter fan in your home too.

This wand is great! they have more at the Noble Collection like the voldemort and Ron light up wand it would be cool if they added this to the inventory.

This is a wonderful wand for the Harry Potter fan. My Grandson will love it. It has a nice storage case. It will be very much enjoyed. Perfect gift for birthday or Christmas.

Bought these for my two nephews for this past Christmas and they were an instant hit. Had them wrapped and shipped directly to them in Pennsylvania-- easiest transaction ever!

Harry Potter Illumitating Wand

We have a 10yo Potter fanatic. We wanted to get him a realistic wand for Christmas. I spent quite a bit of time looking at different retailers (including ebay). The Noble collection wand was perfect. It is as realistic as I could have hoped for. The price was right and was even better than ebay listings (for the same thing with the possibility of being used). His sister received the Hermione wand. Both were very pleased and have had muggle spell contests everyday since then.

My son was very happy with this wand

My son was thrilled with this wand. It worked every time and really allowed his imagination to grow! The thing to remember is if you store it in the box, then move/store it carefully. My son found it would illuminate while stored in the box if he moved it to quickly. That is the only reason it didn't get a 5 star rating rating from us.

Magical..but one drawback

The wand function itself is great, the LED light is very bright when put on it's max. level of brightness. Im familiar with Noble Collections other products and this one is the same great quality Noble is known for however...the wand handle itself is noticabley bigger than that of the regular Harry wand. Although it takes two AAA batteries, I still found the handle to be a bit too bulky to be taken seriously as a collectors item. Although the wave function works amazingly well, it's almost a bit too sensitive at times, as in the slightest of motions (i.e. closing the box lid) will activate the light to come on. But all in all a great Potter prop to have, esp. at night!

PS. The retail price for these are $40, I highly suggest you get it through B&N while you can, because although it is a great prop, it is hardly worth shelling out $40 + shipping for this wand

I Fully Enjoyed Using This Wand

This wand was wonderfully crafted and it lights up at the slightest movement of your wrist. The box was wonderfully detailed. This is a must have for any Harry Potter fan like me.

You can get other Harry Potter wands, but this one with the illuminating tip is really good and a good value. My 5-year old loves it.

wonderful toy or collectable

I am a huge fan as are my two boys. I purchased as an Easter present for my 5-year-old. It came in a Harry Potter box with some of the theatrical images on it (as opposed to the literary drawings). The wand itself it made of lightweight plastic with carvings that make it look like wood. It has a light up tip that you activate on and off with a tap. The tap is a little sensitive so it's hard to keep it "off" when not in use, but I haven't had to change the battery yet. He loves it and it is definitely a toy that will be played with as opposed to sitting on a shelf. I would definitely recommend as a gift to a true Harry Potter fan.

Amazing

Wow I saw this in the little booklet that comes with some of the harry potter movies were you can buy itens from the movie and stuff and I saw this and I had to get it. Me and my friends play with it alot.

great for Harry Potter fans

I bought this for my 13 yr old daughter for Christmas and she loves it carries it with her everywhere. the light is very bright and you can dim it as you want. overall if you are a Harry Potter fan this wand is a very nice piece of the movie for you to keep.

Wave on wave off, it really works!

It's really nice looking with a very cleverly concealed battery compartment. Comes in an attractive case and it's bright or dim depending on your uses. I read in bed with it the other night and I'm 37! My son loves it and he's 10. I bought it with a gift certificate just to be frivolous and we both loved it so much I bought Hermione's as well.
