I placed an online order for the Shapes & Sounds Fish Bowl, but twice now B&N have shipped the wrong item. The customer service rep could not represent that if, in fact, they tried to ship the item a third time that they would still not ship the wrong item again. Quality of merchandise shipped is not even close to the item pictured. She indicated that the warehouse may just have the wrong item from the distributor. You would think that the warehouse that processes the order would confirm that the UPC number and item name are correct prior to shipping. Especially if they have been notified of incorrect shipments. A refund is in the process BUT that does not help with having to package up/go to the post office, twice, to return the wrong merchandise.
