This was one of the most unpleasant online purchase experiences I have experienced. Ever. I purchased this game along with another toy with two gift cards. Barnes and Noble cancelled the other item on my order a week before it was supposed to ship with no explanation. After four phone calls to Customer Service, it took almost a month and half to get the refund applied to the gift card I had used to pay for the order. I can say I will be making my future book/game purchases from Amazon.
