Build Architecture Understanding / History Knowledge

I purchased this product for my 12 year old son for the holidays. He loves it and keeps it displayed in his room. Since then, we have purchased other Legos Architectural kits to add to the collection and can't wait for Legos to produce other fine building kits. This product line offers construction fun while secretly enhancing knowledge of architecture and history facts. Concepts about Falling Water are reviewed in the pamphet with hot facts and allows the building to experience the adventure of designing and building a world known building. This product allows a 12 year old who feels he is too big for legos to continue building with a more grown up lego kit. This kit is a high five!

    Highly Recommend

I bought this for my 8 yr. old son who begged me to get it for him. I was shocked at the price and hoped I wouldn't regret the purchase.
He started working on it as soon as we got home from B&N, had to pull him away from it to get him to go to bed, found him finishing it early the next morning. He had a lot of fun putting this together, it now rests in my china cabinet where he can show it off:) I plan on taking him to the real Fallingwater this Summer as a suprise!

    Very beautiful and realistic!

My son, who is 8-yrs old, wanted this set for his collection - for Christmas we gave it to him and he put 3/4 of the piece together on his own. I love that the instruction manual comes with the blueprints and drawings that Mr. Wright did for the original building. It is such a beautiful piece when completed. We will be displaying this piece in our office.

    It was a great gift!

It was given to a pre-teen who is interested in architecture. She loved it and completed it in a day or two. It allowed for wonderful conversation and fun research - both on legos and about Frank Lloyd Wright. Big hit!

    Nostalgic and Detailed

OK I'm a recent high school graduate who is 18 and my mom got me this as part of my graduation present. I'm not going into Architecture, but I'm going into engineering. I loved Legos when I was a kid, but like all teens, I've grown out of them. Building this was like going on a nostalgia trip, I almost felt like a kid again. I love this model not only for the nostalgia, but also that it's so detailed. This took me about 3 hours or so to put together, but again it's so detailed. I'm glad Lego has a more "grown up" series and I hope they continue it for a long time.
