    Watch out -- the Barnes and Noble website makes you think this is in stock, but it is not. Placed an order 4 days ago and got an email saying sorry, we're cancelling your order. Yet it is still listed on the website without any notice that it is unavailable! Bought it again just to see what would happen, and just got the email again saying they're cancelling the order -- no explanation. I called customer service and they told me that it appears it is unavailable -- it show 0 in stock in their system, but they couldn't explain why their website still has it listed or why it doesn't say it is out of stock. I will be cancelling my Barnes and Nobel membership because of this incident.

    Same here.. I can't believe they still have it listed.. what a terrible company.. i will never buy anything from Barnes and Noble again.. idiots..  i feel sooo stupid too... i should have read these reviews.. to make it worse I used a gift card that i threw away and i have no idea how i am supposed to get that money back.. i hate this company..

    unavailable AND bad customer service! I should have read the review before I ordered this! My son had a gift card so he ordered this set and a Lego book that cost $14.27. We just received the infamous cancellation email noted in the other reivews. I went online to check his gift card status and it was short almost $5. I called customer service and the representative said per policy, any order less than $25 has to pay shipping. I explained we wouldn't have placed the order had we known the set was unavailable. I'm obviously going to have to call back to talk to somebody who can deal with this issue as she claimed to be unable to credit that shipping charge back the gift card. Unbelievable!!

    TERRIBLE

    I even emailed customer service after reading your two reviews AND had a rep email to confirm that this was in stock and shipping. Three hours later I got the cancellation email. This is unbelievable.
