    Great idea about the paint cups and brushes, perfect size for 3

    Great idea about the paint cups and brushes, perfect size for 3 yr olds. Paint was washable (immediately) off painted wall and pergo floors (also great!).  My issue was the smell!  It reminded me of formaldehyde, a not great chemical used in many things including embalming dead bodies (***I have not found the chemical makeup of the paint anywhere on the packaging or online.***)  So I will keep the cups and brushes and use another type of paint that doesn't remind me of my work in the cadaver labs.

    If your child may put paint in places you don't want it - don't buy it!

    Alex paints are NOT washable contrary to their marketing. If you think your child will get paint on something you want to keep looking nice, like their clothing or splatter a curtain, etc. DON'T BUY ANY ALEX PAINTS.
