    Very plush and soft

    We received this mat as a gift for my 6 month old and we love it! It is plush and soft on the top and a non-skid mat on the bottom. I especially love to set the baby sitting up on it, her back to the bear head- this way she is protected when she falls over.
    I recently put it through the washing machine and dryer and it came out looking new and clean!

    The description says good for napping, but I would never encourage a baby under 12 months to nap on this- it is too soft and thick, so not a safe sleeping location.

    As a play mat, the bear is soft and cozy. I'm sure it will be fun to nap and cuddle with once the baby is older.
