    Love the Chunky Puzzles

    My daughter (18-24mo) got the barn yard chunky puzzle for Christmas. Fell in love with it so we purchased this one. She learned new words, colors, and piecing it together. The chunky pieces make it easy for small hands to grasp and they stand on their own. A multi use puzzle.

    My only critique is that you get the finished puzzle as shown in the picture. Our barn yard puzzle is the same but not the version of the safari puzzle we purchased. Only the top of the animal pieces are finished while the sides and bottom are not, you can see the pressed material used. Bummer but not the end of the world.

    The Best Toddler's First Puzzle

    The Safari Chunky Puzzle is the perfect first puzzle for a toddler. My grandson loves it. When he comes to my house it is the first toy he goes for! It's great for motor skills and hand-eye coordination. The colorful puzzle pieces are just the right size for small hands. Each piece is made with durable wood. The pieces are thick so he can stand the animals up and play with them outside of the puzzle, itself. And, it also helps him learn colors and animal names. I originally used the pieces as decorations for his baby room, since the animals were large enough for him not to swallow. I highly recommend this puzzle. My grandson and I give it five STARS!
