    A great game

This game is really fun for everyone. The rules are simple and easy to follow, and the game helps to establish and maintain a healthy vocabulary. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to encourage a diverse use of the English language.

    trully a classic

A wonderful game for all ages. We already have a travel edition for adults in our family (so we can play on the floor, in the car and in bed w/o loosing pieces). Now we have a classic edition w wooden tiles for our younger child (age <8) who is proud to spell new words, look up words she does not know and sometimes create neologisms just for fun! Wonderful way to spend time with family and friends, enhance vocabulary and encourage children to learn and read. Also makes a gerat gift for anyone (even if they already have it!).

Great game teaching your kids to spell

We are not a scrabble family, have 9 yr olds and a 5 yr old. We did not even read the directions on how to play correctly. We are using it
like a crossword puzzle to learn how to spell, we add up the points to
make it interesting and they are proud of themselves spelling.

    Really like it

It is not a "De Luxe Edition" -you can tell for the price" but it is a good starting point.

Scrabble is one of those games that is still enjoyed by everyone. It's great to teach children young and old how to spell.Gary Dominicus

    the best game

scrabble is one one the few fun, yet educational games that is still in use.as a child many may remember how their vocabulary would grow every time they played.also it made learing all those vocabulary words challenging because you had to learn how to build off other words.
